Criteria

• Business must be located in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, Hernando, Manatee, or Sarasota County
• Business must be Hispanic owned (majority stockholder) and Hispanic operated.
• Business owner must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent legal resident
• Business must have growth potential and generate new jobs
• Business activity must not be detrimental to the community
